ROLLA -- Rolla police are still searching for a pair of missing teenage girls last seen in the company of a convicted sex offender. An alert issued Monday identified the missing girls as 16-year-old Jamie Wagner, and her 15-year-old sister, Christy, both of Laquey.

Jaime Wagner disappeared from a Rolla foster home last Thursday. Authorities say Christy Wagner ran away from a retail store in Vienna later that same day. They were both seen in the company of 58-year-old Robert Walker. Walker was convicted of raping a teenage girl in Rolla six years ago.

Authorities say the sisters may have joined Walker voluntarily. They suspect the trio is either hiding in Rolla, or has left the area in Walker's blue 1987 Chevy Celebrity.

Both photos shown are of Jamie. She and her sister went missing on September 13, 2006 along with an adult male. On September 23, her sister and the adult male were found in Florida; however, Jamie's whereabouts are unknown. Jamie may still be in Missouri. Her ears and tongue are pierced. Jamie has a clown and the word Wally tattooed on her left forearm.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has issued a Levi's Call for a 4-month-old girl believed to have been kidnapped by her father.
Julisa Gomez Diaz was taken from the home where she had been living with her mother around 11:10 p.m. Sunday.
The child's father, Oscar Lopez, had moved to Tampa, Fla., and had come to the home earlier in the day trying to persuade the girl's mother to move there with him.
Oscar Lopez, 30, is believed to have broken in through a window that night and taken the child.
The child and suspect were last seen in a Green Toyota Camry with Florida plates. They are thought to be heading back to Tampa.

Amber Alert Issued For Missing 5-Month-Old GirlPALMDALE, Calif. Police have issued an Amber Alert for 5-month-old Joliet Cedano of Palmdale after she was kidnapped on Monday afternoon. Authorities now believe she may, in fact, be with her biological mother.
Joliet is 23 inches tall, weighs 12 pounds and was last seen wearing a red and white shirt and blue jeans overalls.
She was with her foster mother at William J. McAdam Park Monday afternoon when a man approached them and demanded the infant.
The man then fled in a vehicle driven by a woman. He was found hours later and held for questioning, though not immediately booked.
Based on information the man provided, Joliet was believed to be with her biological mother, Maria Cedano Ayala, Castro said. Joliet was taken from Ayala at birth and placed in foster care because the baby was born addicted to narcotics, Castro said.
Ayala, the biological mother, is described as 43 years old, about 5 feet 5 and weighing about 150 pounds. She may be driving a blue four-door 1995 Mercury Marquis, license plate number 5RSK813, according to the sheriff' A>

HOUSTON -- An Amber Alert has been issued for a 3-year-old girl whose mother was found stabbed to death Monday, officials told KPRC Local 2.
Danielle Jimenez is believed to be with her father, Leandro Jimenez, who is suspected in the woman's death, Harris County deputies said.
Deputies said Sonia Jimenez was found stabbed to death in the parking lot of the Bayou Escape Apartments in the 16100 block of Bear Bayou Drive in Channelview at about 8:30 p.m.
Harris County deputies said Leandro Jimenez took Danielle from his estranged wife's home after she was stabbed.
Deputies said Leandro Jimenez is believed to be driving a silver-colored extended cab 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck with Texas license plate 9NG H92. The truck has chrome wheels.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Leandro and Danielle Jimenez, or the death of Sonia Jimenez, is asked to call the Harris County Sheriff's Department at 713-967-5810.

President Bush has just Signed The Adam Walsh Child Protection And Safety Act Of 2006. This law marks an important step forward in our Nation's efforts to protect those who cannot protect themselves. It will strengthen Federal laws to protect our children from sexual and other violent crimes, prevent child pornography, and make the Internet safer for our sons and daughters.
President Bush Believes Our Society Has A Duty To Protect Children From Exploitation And Danger. By enacting this law, we are sending a clear message across the country that those who prey on our children will be caught, prosecuted, and punished to the fullest extent of the law.
The Administration Has Worked To Give Law Enforcement New Tools To Go After Criminals Who Kidnap And Exploit Children.
The PROTECT Act. In 2003, President Bush signed the PROTECT Act that expanded the use of Amber Alerts, making grants available to all 50 States so law enforcement can quickly alert the public about missing children and their abductors. Operation Predator. The Administration launched Operation Predator to help law enforcement track down and arrest foreign pedophiles, human traffickers, sex tourists, and Internet pornographers who prey on our children. Project Safe Childhood. Earlier this year, the Department of Justice launched Project Safe Childhood to help Federal, State, and local law enforcement investigate and prosecute crimes against children that are facilitated by the Internet and other electronic communications. The Adam Walsh Child Protection And Safety Act Of 2006 Builds On The Administration's Progress In Four Important Ways:
Expanding The National Sex Offender Registry. The bill will integrate the information in State sex offender registry systems and ensure that law enforcement has access to the same information across the United States, helping prevent sex offenders from evading detection by moving from State to State. Data drawn from this comprehensive registry will be made available to the public so parents have the information they need to help protect their children from sex offenders.
Strengthening Federal Penalties For Crimes Against Children. The bill imposes tough mandatory minimum penalties for the most serious crimes against children and increases penalties for crimes such as sex trafficking of children and child prostitution. It also provides grants to States to help them institutionalize sex offenders who have shown they cannot change their behavior and are about to be released from prison. Making It Harder For Sex Predators To Reach Our Children On The Internet. The bill authorizes new regional Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforces that will provide funding and training to help State and local law enforcement combat crimes involving the sexual exploitation of minors on the Internet. Creating A New National Child Abuse Registry And Requiring Investigators To Do Background Checks Of Adoptive And Foster Parents Before They Are Approved To Take Custody Of A Child. By giving child protective service professionals in all 50 States access to this critical information, we will improve their ability to investigate child abuse cases and help ensure that vulnerable children are not put into situations of abuse or neglect.

Through the pain and the enormous sorrow felt by a nation following the murder of Sarah Payne emerges the call for us all to remember that through our grief good must be the final victor. Sarah's World expresses the awful reality that our children are at risk and it's everyones responsibility to protect them. But the lyrics reflect most of all the determination of her family and many friends to make sure that Sarah's stolen life will serve as a catalyst to protect our children in the future. In 2002, the late uncle of the murdered schoolgirl Sarah Payne, Paul Williams, approached Mark Scott with a request from the Payne family to write a song for Sarah. A father himself, it was no easy task to create a song that dealt with such a shocking event. Over a period of months, Mark got close to Paul and was able to absorb the emotions surrounding the family. In his words and music he has truly captured the spirit of an innocent girl and the mother's battle to push for a new law, similar to Megan's Law, called Sarah's Law. His creation is aptly named 'Sarah's World' and the video can now be seen and heard on this site. It has touched the souls of those who have heard it, "it raises the hairs on the back of your neck" is a common response. Her uncle Paul Williams said: "We want to make children aware of the dangers and we believe the best way to reach them is through music." Sarah's parents Sara and Michael came up with the idea and Paul approached Mark to write the song. Paul Hodson of Rome Management which represents Brainchild's Mark Scott, said, "The song not only serves as a tribute to Sarah's life but also helps communicate the need for us all to be aware of the dangers that exist. It wasn't an easy task to create a song that deals with such a sensitive subject matter."
Eight-year-old Sarah was grabbed from near her grandparents' home at Kingston Gorse, near Worthing, in July 2000. Paedophile Roy Whiting is serving life for her kidnap and murder. Mr Hodson said, "Every parent should listen to Sarah's World. A line from the song reads: "So don't forget why we should try for the futures of our kind, don't let them hide, don't let them cry." In all of his songs his lyrics truly reflect the real issues of life - the real issues that affect everyone.
